Kongthup作品。《敲敲男孩》和《隔壁怪獸》的製作人已經準備好了他們的下一個項目。該項目是改編自I'm Mynt寫的兩部大學愛情小說《長衫與齒輪》(長衫與齒輪Gown and Gearเมียวิศวะมัน(ส์)ดี หรือหมอจะลอง)和《走讀生Extern》(走讀生พี่หมอครับ！รับเกียร์แล้วเป็นเมียกูที)的綜合。

                               　　麥是一位即將成爲醫生的醫科學生，卻發現自己被前大學萬人迷、工程學大四學生農追求。

                               　　Gun 是一名疲憊不堪的醫科學生，在除夕夜發現了女友的不忠，於是衝動地與一直暗戀他的四年級工科學生 Per 發生了關係。

                               　　Gun is a exhausted medical student, discovered his girlfriend's infidelity on New Year's Eve, so he impulsively had a relationship with Per, a fourth-grade engineering student who had always secretly loved him.
